Temporary To Permanent
LABFORCE SERVICES provides a candidate for a permanent position. The candidate works in the customer’s workplace as a LABFORCE SERVICES employee for a period of time agreed to beforehand, usually 50% of the annual working hours.

Subsequent to the agree period of time, LABFORCE SERVICES releases the candidate to the customer for permanent hire without a finder’s fee. This option can limit the possible number of candidates.

Permanent
LAB FORCE SERVICES is a contingency-based service, so there is never a fee unless you hire one of our qualified candidates. All finder’s fees are protected with a 90 day pro-rated guarantee.
